Keep your knees up and feet on the floor while doing the tummy crunches. Repeat the exercise for thirty times.
Then stand on your knees and move your head towards in the direction of the floor. You will feel pressure on your stomach. Next touch your buttocks to your heals and maintaining the previous position placing your hand son your stomach move your head towards the floor. Then keeping your back straight on the floor along with the legs raises your hips for ten seconds. Repeat the step for five to six times. The pressure that you feel with each exercise will help you reduce the excess fat. These are some of the burn belly exercises that you can do at home.
Along with the exercise also refrain from eating fatty foods, oily foods and fattening meals. Drinking and smoking also increase your weight. Try to have a lot of water to keep your body hydrated. Breakfast is a very important meal of the day which we often skip. It is very important to have a healthy breakfast because an empty stomach till noon creates different gases in the stomach which can also be a reason behind the increasing waist size.
